Strategic Action Plan 2016-20 - Thinking Ahead

At the start of February the Board participated in strategic workshop to ratify our new 5 year Strategic Action plan (2016-2020) and to identify the 3 major projects for our advocacy in the lead up to this years’ Federal Election.

The Strategic Action Plan builds on the previous 5 year plan following our Key Issues workshop with members last year.

We will keep members abreast of developments relating to the release of this plan and major projects as these are finalised.

Rail Update

Chair, Janet Dore will meet with the V/Line Board next week to discuss immediate priorities for the Ballarat service.

Duplication, electrification and increased frequency remain top of Committee's agenda and the highest priorities for discussion.
