BGT CEO David Edwards is encouraging the Ballarat Community to become involved in the 2012 Jobs Drive.“We are looking forward to implementing the “Perfect Match” initiative, to engage quality employers and job seekers in pursuit of quality employment outcomes“ “We are encouraging job seekers to understand the importance of a strong work ethic, and the value of sustainable employment. We are also encouraging employers to provide a quality work environment and career path for the benefit of future outcomes.” “BGT provide comprehensive employment, training and mentoring programs and it is our aim to make these services available to the wider community. We aim to adapt our Employment Services and Training requirements to Employers needs. We will engage and develop relationships with job seekers who are genuinely passionate about the vocation they choose or options they want to explore. Leading us to a “Perfect Match.”” “We are encouraging Ballarat and surrounding Businesses to get on board and become part of the “Perfect Match” – Employee and Employer BGT Jobs Drive. We value the support of City of Ballarat, Committee for Ballarat, Commerce Ballarat, the Ballarat Courier, Power FM/3BA and the wider community for our Jobs drive. Committee, in conjunction with our Young Adult Empowerment program, proudly supports the BGT Jobs Drive. The Jobs Drive encourages employers and job seekers to register.
