Leading with Authenticity and Influence
Committee for Ballarat is pleased to announce a new program to build the capability and capacity of our region’s leaders and those who seek to have influence in their work.
Over six two-hour modules, participants will expand their learnings, examine world class research and utilise practical tools to translate their insights into action through a ‘learn by doing’ mindset.
This program is evidence-based, practical in nature and will bring together leaders from a cross-section of industry sectors from our region.

The program itself explores a fundamental principle of leadership: creating environments where people can consistently be their best, with practical tools you can apply from session one.

Your facilitator: Garry Trotter, a Leader’s Impact
Garry Trotter has spent over two decades coaching executives and senior leaders across Australia, helping them bridge the gap between the impact they intend to make and the impact they actually have. He has worked with a wide variety of national organisations from the Geraldton Ports Authority to the AFL and locally with Selkirk Bricks, CountPro and Nevetts Lawyers.
