Day one of the recent Elevate Leadership Program provided an incredible opportunity for our regional leaders to hear from former Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police and current Chair of Leadership Victoria, Christine Nixon.
With so many valuable insights, Christine was able to draw out the expertise in the room and highlight the significance of how leadership can help shape workplaces and communities.
The Elevate Program is designed exclusively for those who are looking for an opportunity to immerse themselves in the principles of community leadership.
Similar to the experience LBWR /Future Shapers offers, this immersive, retreat-style, professional development opportunity allows participants to step outside the day-to-day pressures of their current position and create space to think big, connect with purpose and elevate their leadership.
