Uncover Your Strengths to Thrive at Work

A practical workshop to discover the strengths you and your team bring to work each day and how to harness these for wellbeing, motivation, co-operation and success

Strengths are the basic building blocks of a flourishing life and when we thrive in life we thrive at work.

In this workshop, presented by workplace psychologist Ellen Jackson, you will:

Discover your individual strengths via a scientifically-validated questionnaire (we’ll send you a link to complete it prior to the workshop)

Understand the role that our strengths play in wellbeing, engagement, productivity, innovation, collaboration and harmony at work

Learn about tools and strategies for understanding team strengths in your organisation.

Develop a common language for discussing the best qualities you and your team bring to your workplace

Discover how strengths make wellbeing work

This 3.5 hour workshop (including lunch) is ideal for individuals and small teams who will have the opportunity to workshop their collective strengths during the session.

About your workshop presenter:

Ellen is the Programs Lead for Leadership at Committee for Ballarat, a workplace and coaching psychologist, internationally published writer, consultant and host of the Potential Psychology Podcast.

Her passion is helping you and your workplace to understand human behaviour and to use this knowledge to achieve your goals. Everything she teaches is supported by scientific research so we know it works. She loves what she does and her greatest joy is seeing others implement the simple, effective strategies that she teaches to thrive and flourish in life and at work.
